RTW, Inc. (NASD: RTWI) is an industry leader in providing integrated and customized claims, case and absence management solutions for our service sector customers and workers' compensation insurance solutions for our insured customers. RTW, a publicly traded company based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, provides a variety of risk and disability management services to customers ranging in size from very small to Fortune 100 companies.

For self-insured, large deductible and state fund employers, we offer our services nationally through our service division, Absentia. We offer services for our insured customers through our wholly-owned workers' compensation insurance subsidiaries, American Compensation Insurance Company (ACIC) and Bloomington Compensation Insurance Company (BCIC). ACIC is presently licensed to write insurance in twenty-three states, with primary operations in Minnesota, Michigan and Colorado. BCIC is currently licensed in Minnesota only.

The foundation for our success is rooted in three core competencies: early identification through our proprietary ID15 process, early intervention via our RTW Solution and early return to work through the integration of technology and medical knowledge by our staff physicians and nurses.
